Collaborative Giving

100 Donors will not be making a grant until further notice. We are rebuilding. We made wonderful progress in the past two years. Please see our grant record below.

2022 Finalists:
Announcement November 29, 2022

OUR WINNER
Yonkers Partners in Education: YPIE partners with students to ensure they are ready for, enroll in, and complete college. Confronting the challenges of a low-income, urban school district, we provide equitable access to critical tools/services necessary for college success. At our College Zone, 500 YPIE Scholars focus on rigorous academics, interwoven with enrichment and other activities that develop necessary skills for college and life. Another 150 students receive college persistence support for their first two years of college.

OUR RUNNER UP
Children’s Environmental Literacy Foundation: As our region grapples with growing risks of climate change, it's critical that we support students with skills for scientific inquiry and civic action to foster data-driven sustainability solutions, starting with their schools and communities. CELF's Whole School Change approach equips educators to effectively integrate Education for Sustainability (EfS) across their curriculum, facilities, school culture, and community connection. This project will support teachers from 5 schools to implement Civic Science student action projects .

Angel Funders for Nonprofit Innovation

Each year, a group of Westchester County men invest in a transformative nonprofit endeavor.

2021 Grant Winner
Spectrum Designs Foundation

Our inaugural grant of $20,000 went to Spectrum Designs Foundation which expanded its successful jobs program for people with autism to Westchester County. “This is an important grant for a vital organization that will have a transformational impact on our community over the coming years. The good it will do is why we started 100 Donors, and it’s only just the beginning."

Men are often under-represented in the collective giving community. Here’s a solution.

100 Donors is inspired by Impact 100 Westchester, a women’s-only collective giving organization that has donated millions of dollars since they were founded in 2014. We are grateful to Impact 100 Westchester Founder Sharon Douglas for her support and guidance. We encourage any woman who is interested in giving, to please visit Impact 100 and explore that amazing organization.

“Too often men are outside the giving process. 100 Donors is a space where men can give a smaller amount and still feel the larger impact. We become a beacon for other men in the community to step forward and GIVE BIG together.”

“Collective giving works. Our sibling organization, Impact 100 Westchester, is giving $300,000 in grants this year. The benefits to Westchester nonprofits are obvious and growing. It’s time to get the men on board.”
